I managed to color another one..still with the use of PaintTool SAI and optical mouse...

I got lazy while coloring the hair so i just stroke....stroke.....stroke...whatever.....i think there's something wrong with it's hair....maybe you guys can give me good hair coloring tut...TIA

yes i finished it in photoshop..i duplicated it applied gaussian blur then set it as overlay then adjust the opacity depending on your taste
